Oncology Research. Simplified.

Connect your study with the right patients, experienced oncology investigators and trial-ready sites

From first-in-human and early-phase research to larger Phase II–IV studies, Pratia gives sponsors and CROs access to an international oncology research network built to support complex protocols, accelerate patient recruitment and simplify multi-country study delivery.

The right patients. The right investigators. The right sites.

Finding an oncology site is easy. Finding one with the right patient population, experienced investigators, appropriate infrastructure and operational capacity is much harder.

That is where Pratia comes in.

Our international Research Site Network connects sponsors and CROs with experienced oncology and hemato-oncology sites across the U.S. and Europe. Depending on the protocol, we combine dedicated research centres, hospital-based units and additional site staff to build the right delivery model.

One network, centralized support

Working across several oncology sites or countries does not have to mean managing every relationship separately. Pratia provides centralized support that can bring key study activities together under one operational structure.

Feasibility

We assess whether our sites have the patient population, investigator expertise and operational capabilities required by your protocol.

Project management

A centralized team provides oversight across participating Pratia sites, helping sponsors track progress, timelines and key operational milestones.

Contracting

Pratia can simplify contracting through centralized agreements, budgets and internal contract management.

Patient engagement

Recruitment strategies can be adapted to the protocol using patient databases, physician networks, advocacy groups and targeted awareness activities.

Operational quality

Global and local SOPs, training, internal audits and quality controls support consistent trial delivery across the network.

Why choose Pratia for your oncology study?

Reach the right patients

Access broad patient and physician networks to identify protocol-matched oncology patients faster.

Support across study phases

From first-in-human and early-phase trials to large Phase II–IV programmes.

Trial-ready oncology sites

Access the infrastructure, diagnostics and clinical capabilities required for complex oncology protocols.

Experienced oncology investigators

Work with oncology specialists and PIs experienced in complex and early-phase clinical research.

Across the current oncology network

This depth of experience enables Pratia to support both broad oncology programmes and highly specific protocols requiring specialist investigators or defined patient populations.

31 oncology Principal Investigators

21,000+ Patients enrolled

15M+ Patients in reach (U.S. + EU)

33 tumour types represented

170 sponsors supported

230 early-phase trials

One oncology network. Three ways to deliver your study.

Not every clinical trial needs the same type of site. Pratia can adapt the operational model to the requirements of the protocol rather than forcing every study into the same structure.

Dedicated Site Model

Pratia's dedicated research sites and oncology units combine research infrastructure with experienced clinical research teams employed directly by Pratia. The model supports high-quality oncology and hemato-oncology study conduct while enabling sites to recruit significant numbers of patients. Depending on the location, facilities may include dedicated infusion areas, pharmacy capabilities and access to advanced diagnostics required for complex oncology protocols.

Embedded Site Model

Based within an existing healthcare facility, Pratia provides the dedicated research team, including Investigators, Study Coordinators, administration, and management, together with the research processes and operational oversight. This model combines Pratia’s research expertise with the host facility’s clinical infrastructure, specialist care, medical expertise, and access to patient populations.

Site Service Provision

Pratia provides rapid access to highly trained clinical research professionals to support study delivery across different phases and therapeutic areas. The model is scalable according to study needs and is supported by real-time monitoring, customized reporting and quality control.

Phase I Oncology Centers of Excellence

Pratia utilizes a mixed site model to accelerate patient recruitment in early phase oncology trials. This includes physically owned oncology units, embedded hospital sites and exclusive Phase I community centers, combining local patient access, experienced investigators and centralized research infrastructure. The network also supports theranostics and RLT capabilities.

At the core is P1 Pratia Oncology, Pratia’s dedicated network for complex Phase I Oncology & Hematology studies. Its community-based Phase I clinics bring early-phase research closer to patients while providing sponsors with the expertise and infrastructure needed for complex studies.

Proven recruitment performance

Patient reach only matters if it translates into enrolment. Pratia's previous oncology studies demonstrate how concentrated access to relevant patients can allow a relatively small number of sites to make a significant contribution to global recruitment.

Advanced Solid Tumours – Phase I/II

A single Pratia site represented approximately 3% of study sites but delivered 11% of global randomisations, enrolling 32 patients compared with an average of 8.4 randomisations at non-Pratia sites.

Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia – Phase III

Two Pratia sites contributed approximately 15% of global study randomisations while representing only around 3% of participating sites.

Medical staff taking care of a patient with cancer

Breast Cancer / Neutropenia – Phase III

In another study, Pratia sites recruited 48% more patients on average than non-Pratia sites. These examples illustrate the value of selecting sites not simply by geography, but by investigator experience, patient access and operational capability.
